Guide
Account & billing
Sign-in, units, security, subscriptions, invoices and account deletion.
Quick steps
- Open Settings and choose Account, Notifications or Billing.
- For password, connected accounts or account deletion, use Account → Security → Manage.
- For a paid subscription use Billing → Manage plan; View plans opens plan choices. Use only the options the billing service actually offers.
Account access and preferences
- Use the same sign-in method and account email as before if your lists or subscription seem missing. Use the sign-in screen’s recovery options for access problems.
- Sign in with Google or a verification code sent to your email address. No password is needed. Use the same account email to return to your saved lists and subscription.
- Settings → Account shows your profile and display units. Mining conventions uses familiar commodity units and readable scales; Stream units preserves existing values, scales and units. This changes presentation, not the stored mining data.
- Security → Manage opens account management for your sign-in methods, connected accounts and account deletion. Deleting chat history is separate from deleting an account.
- For personal-data access, correction, export or deletion requests, the Privacy policy lists privacy@stream-markets.com. For ordinary account help, email hello@stream-markets.com.
Plans, cancellation and invoices
- Plans and pricing is the source for current prices, trial terms and limits. A Pro entitlement or beta grant does not by itself prove that an active paid subscription exists.
- Settings → Billing has Manage plan for paid access or View plans. Beta grants show a notice instead of a billing portal. If billing is unavailable, follow the displayed message or contact support.
- Use the billing portal’s offered controls for subscription management, payment details or invoices. Do not assume it offers every plan switch. Billing history → View invoices opens the billing portal for invoice and receipt history, including after a subscription ends.
- Cancellation and deleting an account are different actions. Check the subscription state and effective cancellation date in billing. StreamBot cannot cancel a subscription, issue refunds or guarantee refund eligibility; read the linked Refund policy.
- For a charge, missing invoice or paid access problem, email hello@stream-markets.com with your account email, approximate date and the visible error. Never send full card details, passwords or API keys.
