STREAMMARKETS

Terms of Service

Effective 27 August 2026

1. Who we are and acceptance

Stream Markets is operated by Stream Markets UK Limited, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 17445347, with its registered office at 46-54 High Street, Ingatestone, Essex, CM4 9DW, United Kingdom ("we", "us"). By accessing Stream Markets you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. What we provide

Stream Markets is a mining-intelligence platform that extracts structured data from publicly available filings, technical reports, regulatory announcements, and company disclosures. We describe our coverage and accuracy on this site and in our published documentation.

3. Not investment advice

Nothing on Stream Markets constitutes investment, legal, tax, or accounting advice. Data may contain errors, omissions, and delays. Always verify critical figures against the underlying source document before making any decision.

4. Acceptable use

You may browse, export, and use the data for research and analysis. You may not: (a) scrape, clone, or redistribute the database in bulk; (b) reverse engineer our ingestion systems; (c) use the service in a way that impairs availability for others; (d) remove or obscure source attribution when republishing facts.

5. Subscriptions

Paid tiers are billed monthly or annually and renew automatically until cancelled. A paid plan may start with a free trial; the card provided is charged when the trial ends unless you cancel before then. Cancellation stops future charges; past charges are non-refundable except where required by law or as set out in sections 6 and 7 below.

6. Service changes and discontinuation

We may change, add to, or remove features, plans, and pricing, and we may suspend or discontinue the service in whole or in part at any time. If we discontinue the service, or materially reduce what your paid plan includes, we will give you notice by email to the address on your account and refund the unused portion of any prepaid period on a pro-rata basis. Where reasonably possible we will also give you a window to export your saved work before it is removed.

7. Account termination

You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, with notice stating the reason unless the breach makes that impracticable. If we close a paid account without cause, we will refund the unused portion of any prepaid period on a pro-rata basis; if we close it for a breach of section 4, no refund is due.

8. Data sources

We source from public filings. Source documents remain the property of their issuers. Where we surface a document link, we do not re-host the document - we link to the issuer's publication.

9. Warranty disclaimer

The service is provided "as is." We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, fitness for purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stream Markets and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Aggregate liability for direct damages is capped at the fees paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.

11. Business transfers

We may assign or transfer these terms, and the accounts and data governed by them, in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganisation, or sale of all or substantially all of our assets. Any successor takes on these terms as written, including the notice and refund commitments above, and we will notify you by email of a change of operator. You may not assign your account or these terms without our consent.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms with notice via the site or email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. If a change materially reduces your rights, the notice will say so plainly.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from them. If you use the service as a consumer, you keep any mandatory protections and rights to bring proceedings in your home jurisdiction that its law grants you.
