Zonte continues to describe Wings Point as wholly owned in its June 2026 issuer release. Six holes drilled at the Pit target in 2020 intersected narrow gold-bearing zones, and later surface work identified additional vein and iron-oxide targets. Southern Sky Resources failed to meet its option terms and formally terminated the Wings Point East option in April 2025; Zonte had already impaired the project's accounting carrying value to nil.
