Zonte and undisclosed strategic applicants filed three Colombian exploration-license applications in 2013. The applications have never been titled, and one covers small open areas between titles of the B2Gold-owned Gramalote deposit. The applicants are challenging the denial in Special Court; only if titles are received, and subject to board and regulatory approvals, may Zonte acquire the concessions for a specified number of shares.
