Zinnwald Lithium PLC is developing a wholly owned, integrated underground lithium mine and battery-grade lithium hydroxide operation in Saxony, Germany. Its March 2025 pre-feasibility study is supported by a maiden ore reserve and a long-life phased development plan, while a recommended acquisition by AMG remained pending at the 22 July 2026 anchor date.
