The integrated operation covers life-of-mine leases ML36 at Hartley and ML37 at Ngezi. Current mining comprises Bimha, Mupfuti and ramping Mupani underground mines, Ngwarati pillar reclamation and South Pit open-pit extraction, feeding shared Ngezi concentrators and the Selous Metallurgical Complex. Rukodzi was depleted in June 2025.
