Zephyr Minerals is a Canadian gold developer focused on obtaining a mining permit for the high-grade Dawson Gold Project near Cañon City, Colorado. Dawson has a 2013 NI 43-101 mineral resource and a 2017 PEA for a small underground mine; a five-quarter groundwater program is underway ahead of a targeted January 2027 permit resubmission. Zephyr also holds a conditional option to earn up to 80% of the MAP Gold Mine in Zimbabwe, while two separate Zimbabwe EPO applications rejected in July 2026 are under appeal.
