Zanaga Iron Ore Company is an AIM-listed developer of the 100%-owned Zanaga Iron Ore Project in the Republic of Congo. The feasibility-stage project is designed as a staged 30 Mtpa open-pit operation producing premium DRI-grade iron ore pellet feed through a 12 Mtpa hematite first stage and an additional 18 Mtpa magnetite second stage. ZIOC completed the US$15 million repurchase of Glencore's 43% shareholding and terminated the related offtake arrangements in March 2025, leaving it with full current ownership. A proposed staged investment by Red Arc Minerals remains conditional and has not changed current ownership.
