Zacapa Resources was a Canadian-listed explorer focused on epithermal gold and porphyry copper properties in the southwestern United States. On November 21, 2023 it was absorbed into a wholly owned Outcrop Silver & Gold subsidiary through a three-cornered amalgamation; all Zacapa securities were exchanged or cancelled and ZACA was delisted after the November 22, 2023 close. It is retained here as a historical issuer record and has no current standalone project portfolio.
