Sant Tolgoi comprises the Oyut and Sant Tolgoi exploration licences in western Mongolia. Xanadu held no earned interest at June 30, 2025 and was earning an initial 51% by spending US$1 million, with a contractual right to earn up to 80% from STSM LLC.
