Pico Machay comprises a large high-sulphidation epithermal gold system in Huancavelica, Peru. Xali completed its 100% acquisition in December 2025 and is validating historical work through sampling and planned confirmation drilling. The prior resource and feasibility work are historical and are not current mineral estimates under NI 43-101.
