Toroparu is a 100%-owned Aris Mining gold development project comprising the Toroparu and Sona Hill deposits in western Guyana. The October 2025 PEA outlines a conventional open-pit operation feeding a 7.0 Mtpa plant with gravity recovery, CIL and sulphide flotation, producing doré and copper-gold concentrate over 21.3 years. The study estimates average annual gold production of 235 koz, initial capital of US$820.3 million and an after-tax NPV5% of US$1.805 billion at US$3,000/oz gold. Wheaton Precious Metals International holds an early-deposit stream covering 10% of life-of-mine gold and 50% of silver, with US$138 million of remaining construction funding subject to its election and satisfaction of feasibility, licensing, financing and other conditions. A PFS is underway, while environmental authorization is valid through September 2029 and conversion to large-scale mining licences remains in progress.
