Wheaton's Sudbury asset is a district-level gold stream over Vale's Sudbury operations. The agreement covers 70% of payable gold from the Coleman, Copper Cliff, Creighton, Garson, Totten and Stobie interests, together with the non-operating Victor project, for a 20-year term ending May 11, 2033. Wheaton pays the lesser of $400 per delivered gold ounce or the prevailing market price. Vale operates an integrated Sudbury mining, concentrating, smelting and refining complex.
