Spring Valley is a fully financed, construction-stage, bulk open-pit and heap-leach gold project in Pershing County, Nevada. Solidus Resources, LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of Waterton Gold, owns the project. Early construction work is underway, while full construction and major mobilization are planned during 2026 ahead of first gold in the first half of 2028. The October 31, 2025 estimate reports 3.88 Moz of probable reserves on a 100% basis. Wheaton holds a life-of-mine stream for 8% of payable gold until 300,000 ounces have been delivered and 6% thereafter.
