Santo Domingo is a fully permitted copper-iron-gold development project near Diego de Almagro in Chile's Atacama Region. The 2024 feasibility study defines two conventional open pits, Santo Domingo and Iris Norte, feeding a copper-flotation and magnetite-recovery plant for a 19-year mine life. Capstone remained the 100% owner before FID under a conditional agreement for Orion-managed funds to acquire 25% when a positive final investment decision is made. Detailed engineering, infrastructure optimization and project financing were advancing toward a Q4 2026 final investment decision. Wheaton's stream covers 100% of payable gold until 285,000 ounces are delivered and 67% thereafter, with ongoing payments equal to 18% of spot gold.
