San Dimas is a producing underground gold-silver mine near Tayoltita on the Durango-Sinaloa border. First Majestic owns the operation through Primero Empresa Minera, while Wheaton holds a life-of-mine precious-metals purchase agreement covering 25% of payable gold plus gold equivalent to 25% of payable silver converted using the contractual ratio, currently 70:1. Cut-and-fill and longhole methods supply a conventional cyanide-leach and Merrill-Crowe plant. The December 31, 2025 reserve plan schedules production through 2030, while continued infill and near-mine drilling targets reserve replacement and extensions across the West, Central, Sinaloa Graben, Tayoltita and other mining areas.
