Kurmuk is a fully permitted open-pit gold development comprising the Dish Mountain and Ashashire deposits in western Ethiopia. Allied Gold holds a 93% economic interest after federal and regional government free-carried interests. The current execution plan targets processing capacity of up to 6.4 Mt/y through a conventional CIL plant. Pre-commissioning was underway by June 2026, with first gold still expected around mid-2026. The reserve-based operating outlook is approximately 290 koz annually for the first four years and 240 koz annually over a 10-year mine life, with AISC expected below $950/oz. Wheaton's stream covers 6.7% of payable gold until 220 koz has been delivered and 4.8% thereafter, subject to temporary increases while qualifying senior debt exceeds the contractual threshold.
