Koné is a district-scale open-pit gold project under construction in northwest Côte d'Ivoire. Montage holds 90% through K1 Mining SA and 3G Mining SA, with the Government of Côte d'Ivoire holding a 10% free-carried interest. The January 2024 updated feasibility study defined 4.01 Moz of Probable reserves, a 16-year mine life and average production of 223 koz Au per year. The June 2026 consolidated resource update reported 6.292 Moz Au in Measured and Indicated resources and 2.025 Moz Au Inferred on a 100% basis, including multiple higher-grade satellite deposits. Construction remained on budget and ahead of schedule in June 2026, with oxide-circuit first gold targeted for late Q4 2026 and the hard-rock comminution circuit scheduled for Q2 2027. Wheaton holds a life-of-mine gold stream beginning at 19.5% of payable gold, subject to delivery thresholds that subsequently reduce the stream percentage.
