Cotabambas is a 100%-owned Panoro copper-gold-silver-molybdenum project in southern Peru. Its current November 20, 2023 mineral resource contains separate leach, oxide, mixed, supergene and hypogene domains within an optimized open-pit constraint. Panoro is pursuing a smaller-footprint, capital-efficient high-grade development strategy while expanding and upgrading the resource through a 2026 drilling program. The published 2015 PEA remains the latest economic study, but it predates the current resource and is therefore not directly comparable with the planned updated development case. Wheaton holds a life-of-mine stream for 25% of payable gold and 100% of payable silver until 90 million silver-equivalent ounces are delivered, declining thereafter to 16.67% of gold and 66.67% of silver.
