Black Pine is Liberty Gold's 100%-owned, past-producing oxide-gold project in Cassia and Oneida Counties, Idaho. The development plan is a conventional open-pit operation feeding a centralized run-of-mine heap-leach facility and ADR plant. The January 31, 2026 mineral resource comprises 4.882 Moz indicated and 1.050 Moz inferred gold and will support a full feasibility study targeted for early Q4 2026; the current reserve remains the June 1, 2024 PFS probable reserve of 3.110 Moz. Federal NEPA review and coordinated FAST-41 permitting are underway, with the government dashboard targeting March 15, 2028 for completion of environmental review and permitting. Wheaton holds a life-of-mine 0.5% NSR covering the project claims, subject to Liberty Gold's option to repurchase half of the royalty for US$3.6 million before the earlier of commercial production or January 1, 2030.
