Kellyton is a 70-acre battery-anode material plant in Coosa County. Phase I is designed for 12,500 tonnes per year of CSPG plus 14,000 tonnes of fines; Phase II would lift total CSPG capacity to 50,000 tonnes per year. Construction continues at a measured pace pending completion funding.
