Coosa is a 41,965-acre planned open-pit natural flake graphite mine intended as a future domestic feedstock source for Kellyton. Its December 2023 S-K 1300 initial assessment remains the current standalone economic study; there is no construction decision. NPDES and Section 404 applications have been submitted, the USACE public review is under way, and the FAST-41 dashboard estimated environmental-review and permitting completion in June 2027.
