Milestone Phase I is Western Resources' wholly owned, substantially constructed Saskatchewan potash project. The process plant and dry commissioning were completed, but site operations were suspended in May 2024 pending financing; the current restart plan calls for two additional horizontal caverns, related surface infrastructure and wet commissioning before initial production.
