Caledonian Gold comprises the Lyon and Orchy Crown Estate Mines Royal Option application areas covering approximately 500 square kilometres in central Scotland. Western Gold subsidiary Lorne Resources holds 90% of Glen Lyon Limited and full operational control; Acrux Gold holds a 10% free-carried exploration interest until the first formal resource estimate. The joint venture had secured about 225 square kilometres of exclusive land access and began a minimum 1,500-metre maiden Lyon drilling campaign in June 2026.
