Madsen is a wholly owned underground gold mine and mill approximately 10 kilometres southwest of Red Lake. Commercial production began January 1, 2026 after a restart program, and the operation remained in ramp-up in August 2026. The current technical report supports a seven-year plan based on longhole stoping and mechanized cut-and-fill, with conventional crushing, grinding, gravity recovery and carbon-in-pulp processing. The broader 47-square-kilometre property includes the Austin, South Austin, McVeigh, 8 Zone, Fork, Russet and Wedge resource domains plus historical Starratt-Olsen workings.
