Tip Top is a wholly owned 143-claim, roughly 1,062-hectare gold-silver property in Esmeralda County. It contains a historic mine with about 6,900 ounces of reported gold production and 154 historical drill holes, but West Point describes the current potential as conceptual and states there is insufficient exploration to define a mineral resource. The remaining vendor royalty and feasibility payment were eliminated in 2025.
