The Kena Project comprises the adjoining Kena, Daylight and Athabasca property areas south of Nelson. West holds a 100% legal interest subject to underlying NSR royalties, while Upside Gold can acquire 100% by completing staged cash and share payments plus C$3.5 million of exploration by January 2028. The current 2021 NI 43-101 resource covers Kena Gold, Gold Mountain and Daylight only; no reserve or economic study exists.
