W Resources PLC was a UK-incorporated AIM tungsten, tin and gold producer with the La Parrilla mine in Spain and development and exploration interests in Portugal. AIM trading was suspended in April 2022, La Parrilla shut down in October 2022, administrators were appointed in January 2023 and the company was dissolved on 4 September 2024. Its Spanish subsidiary shares transferred to the secured lender in March 2023.
