Cumeral comprises five concessions totaling 1,685 hectares in north-central Sonora. VVC Mexico owns 100%; the original 685 hectares carry a 2% net-smelter-return royalty and the later 1,000 hectares do not. Historical mapping, sampling and air-track drilling identified several gold-silver targets, but no mineral resource has been declared and no field work has occurred since 2018/2019. The latest annual filing says no new plan has been formulated.
