The Rush and Pawnee county CKU position comprises four development blocks within a 22,500-acre core area, with 11,289 net acres leased and 72 potential drilling locations at January 31, 2026. Project 4 includes the producing Ithaca 1-17 well on a 160-acre lease and five miles of gathering pipeline; PHC holds a 50% operating interest in that well and began receiving revenue in September 2025. PHC subsequently acquired the shut-in Wilhelm 1-21 wellbore and is evaluating vertical recompletion.
