Vulcan owns a 3% net production royalty on Atlas Salt Inc.'s Great Atlantic Salt Project in western Newfoundland. The royalty applies to project revenue net of shipping, logistics and Turf Point Port costs. Atlas owns and operates the underlying project; Vulcan's separate Atlas equity position is not direct project ownership.
