The ULI Project comprises 89 placer claims spanning approximately 1,780 acres in the Paradox Basin of Utah. Voyageur holds a 90% interest after Anson Resources earned an initial 10% under a joint-venture agreement. The target is lithium- and iodine-bearing brine with potential associated potassium, boron and rubidium products, but the project has no current mineral resource.
