Zaachila is a 3,264-hectare exploration concession in Santiago Astata municipality on the Pacific coast of southern Oaxaca, about 30 kilometres southwest of Riqueza Marina. Vortex owns the property through Empresa Minera Acagold, subject to a 3% net smelter return royalty and contingent vendor payments tied to permitting and initial core sampling.
