Riqueza Marina comprises three exploration concessions totalling about 12,041 hectares in the Tehuantepec area of southern Oaxaca, immediately southwest of Tehuantepec and near the port of Salina Cruz. Vortex owns the property through Empresa Minera Acagold, subject to a 3% net smelter return royalty and contingent vendor payments tied to permitting and initial core sampling.
