Illapel is an approximately 180-square-kilometre brownfield exploration property northeast of Illapel in Choapa Province. Vortex holds an option to earn 60% and potentially increase its interest to 80% from Windows Minerals SCM and SLM Rio 27 de Farellon Sanchez; the package surrounds but excludes the separately owned Rio 27 mine and includes a right of first refusal over that operation.
