Helm Bay is an exploration project near tidewater in southeast Alaska, 35 kilometres north of Ketchikan, comprising 33 State of Alaska mining claims and 642 unpatented federal mining claims. Historical exploration identified 17 occurrences and over 10 kilometres of quartz vein strike length, including the Upper and Lower Gold Standard workings. Historical technical information has not been independently verified by the company's qualified person. At closing of the proposed asset acquisition, a 3.0% NSR would be granted to Agnico Eagle (USA) Limited, with the right to purchase 50% of the NSR for C$5 million.
