The Crownpoint and Hosta Butte mineral estate covers approximately 3,020 acres near Crownpoint in McKinley County. Verdera owns all of Hosta Butte and Crownpoint Sections 19 and 29, plus a 60% interest in the southeast quarter of Crownpoint Section 24; the current technical report presents both total and company-controlled resources. Historical drilling and nearby pilot work support ISR as the preferred extraction concept, but the project has no current economic study or mineral reserve.
