Minas Americas is a district-scale clay-hosted rare-earth exploration project in Minas Gerais held through Verde's wholly owned Magnes Rare Earths subsidiary. The ongoing 2025-2026 program has reported shallow TREO and MREO drill intervals, but no mineral resource, reserve, production guidance or project economics had been declared by August 2, 2026.
