The TT Property consists of mineral licences 037799M, 037800M and 039668M, totaling 65 claims and 1,625 hectares near Letitia and Bessie lakes in central Labrador. Two licences are contiguous and the third lies about five kilometres west. Limited 2025 hyperspectral surveys and prospecting found only weak REE mineralization, while the property's peralkaline rocks are considered prospective for REE, niobium and beryllium and the Seal Lake Group offers secondary uranium-copper potential. Ventra's claims do not cover the adjacent Two Tom historical resource.
