Governor Broome is Venari's 100%-owned heavy-mineral-sands project about 95 kilometres south of Busselton and near power, port and third-party mineral-separation infrastructure. The April 2024 Scoping Study evaluates a 10-year, 7.62 Mtpa dredge-mining operation producing heavy-mineral concentrate for nearby toll treatment, with A$91 million initial capital, A$139 million pre-tax NPV10 and 54% pre-tax IRR. Venari confirms the study assumptions remain current but is seeking value realisation through a possible sale, joint venture or other portfolio transaction rather than funding the next study itself.
