Toledo is a western Bulgarian gold-silver property over which Velocity holds an option to acquire 100% for staged payments totalling US$4 million. A January 2026 definitive agreement followed the September 2024 letter agreement; historical work defined six intrusion-related mineralized bodies through 27,668 metres of drilling in 185 holes.
