Zoya is exploration licence EPL 8289 covering 44.62 square kilometres in Namibia's Erongo Uranium Province near the Rossing and Husab mines. Vatic's conditionally accepted transaction would assign it the right to earn an initial 80% through US$1.1 million of cash, US$400,000 of shares and up to US$2 million of exploration spending, with a conditional path to 90% after feasibility work and further payment.
