Manaila is Vast's 100%-owned Romanian polymetallic mine, held on care and maintenance while the company seeks project-level financing for a restart. The current JORC 2012 resource is split between open-pit and underground domains, and X-ray ore sorting has been evaluated to improve transport and processing economics. The company submitted an extension application for the Manaila-Carlibaba exploitation licence and described the delay as administrative. No current feasibility-study economics were identified.
