Baita Plai is Vast's 100%-owned underground polymetallic mine and flotation operation in western Romania. It entered a voluntary reorganisation in June 2024 and produced concentrate at reduced rates through the year ended April 2025. Vast temporarily suspended production in June 2025 to complete a geological and mining review, prepare a new mine plan and evaluate additional drilling. The head licence was extended for five years in August 2024. The current JORC 2012 mineral resource totals 0.608 Mt, while later exploration-target ranges are not mineral resources and are not included in the structured estimate rows.
