Vast Resources is an AIM-listed mining company with wholly owned Romanian polymetallic mines and economic interests in producing Tajik operations. Baita Plai and Manaila are currently on care and maintenance, while Vast manages Aprelevka for an effective 4.9% share of EBIT and receives an effective 12.25% share of Takob concentrate-sale net revenue. The company is pursuing a conditional reverse takeover of Gulf International Minerals that would materially expand its Tajik exposure. The transaction has not completed, and Vast's shares have been suspended under AIM Rule 14 since 22 December 2025.
