Certej is an epithermal gold-silver project in the southern Apuseni Mountains of central Romania, approximately 12 kilometres northeast of Deva. Varvara holds an underlying 80.5% interest through VarDev S.A.; Minvest S.A. holds 19.25% and a private minority partner holds 0.25%.
