USA Rare Earth, Inc. is building an integrated rare-earth supply chain anchored by its 81.3%-owned Round Top exploration project in Texas, commercial rare-earth metal and alloy production at Less Common Metals in the United Kingdom, demonstration-scale separation in Colorado and commissioned magnet manufacturing equipment in Oklahoma. Pending transactions would add the producing Serra Verde operation, the remaining Round Top interest and a minority Carester stake.
