Timore comprises patented gold-property claims near Timmins and Red Lake, Ontario, subject to a 3% net smelter return royalty of which half may be purchased for C$1 million. US Copper optioned the properties to Rockland Resources in February 2026 for 750,000 Rockland shares; the first 250,000 shares were received on March 9, 2026, and the properties and consideration received remain with US Copper if Rockland does not complete the remaining payment.
