Uravan acquired Prime Fuels and its Lisbon Valley claim package in October 2022. The early-stage project covered claim groups in southeastern Utah near the historic Lisbon uranium mine, and Uravan proposed seismic work to define follow-up targets around historical drilling. The asset passed into the renamed successor entity at the July 2023 reverse takeover.
