Universal Copper Ltd. was a Canadian copper explorer whose TSX Venture shares were delisted after Vizsla Copper Corp. acquired the company on April 18, 2024. The wholly owned subsidiary retains the Poplar option and a diluted minority interest in the Placer Mountain gold joint venture, both now advanced by successor operators.
